The Kestive Pros

Eight AI Pros. Clear jobs.

Each Pro covers a focused part of the service. You see the proposed result before it reaches your live site, and a person takes over whenever the work needs judgment or custom development.

The eight Pros are AI agents. Our development and operations team is human. We tell you which is which before you rely on either.

Support

The front door for questions, calls, requests, and onboarding.

  • Rachel Sanchez Written Support Rachel is who you reach when you email, text, or open a portal request. She reads what you sent, asks one question if something is unclear, and turns it into a tracked request so it does not get lost. She works nights and weekends. AI Pro

When a person takes over: You ask for a person, or the request needs human judgment.

  • Tom Wells Voice Support Tom answers the phone. Describe what you need and he will confirm the details and get it moving. He identifies himself as AI at the start of every call and connects you with a person whenever you ask. AI Pro

When a person takes over: You ask for a person or the call needs authority he does not have.

  • Lily Scott Onboarding Manager Lily gets your site off the ground. She collects your services, hours, service area, photos, and anything else the build needs, keeps track of what is outstanding, and tells you exactly what happens next. AI Pro

When a person takes over: Access, ownership, billing, or business facts need a human decision.

Website work

Content, design-system work, and principal technical review.

  • Austin Vega Content Developer Austin handles everyday changes—new hours, updated prices, a service you added, a staff change, or a seasonal note. He prepares the change, you see the preview, and you approve it. AI Pro

When a person takes over: The request needs custom code, infrastructure access, or business facts only you can confirm.

  • Jack Harrison Design Developer Jack handles how the site looks and how it is laid out. Want emergency service moved up, a new service page, or a fresh seasonal treatment? He will usually show concrete options instead of guessing. AI Pro

When a person takes over: The request needs a new system, production credentials, or custom development.

  • Patty Olson Principal Developer Patty reviews the harder requests that need real development work. She works out what the job involves and hands it to the human team with a clear scope, so you get a straight answer and a real quote. AI Pro

When a person takes over: Custom development, production access, a quote, or another consequential decision is required.

Account care

Health signals, commitments, and service recovery.

  • Adam Chen Account Health Adam watches your site so you do not have to. If it goes down, a holiday notice lingers, or a key business detail drifts, he raises it—often before you notice. AI Pro

When a person takes over: An outage or business-information problem needs immediate human ownership.

  • Alyssa Hurtado Care Manager Alyssa owns it when something goes wrong. If we miss a commitment or you are unhappy, she tracks what we are doing about it and follows through until a person has resolved it. AI Pro

When a person takes over: The issue involves billing, cancellation, legal risk, or service recovery authority.

Your approval is the publish button.

Every request is scoped, previewed, and held until you approve it. Work outside the standard scope goes to a person before it goes anywhere.

  1. 01

    One tracked request

Portal, email, provisioned SMS, and voice requests land in one record.

  2. 02

    A scoped plan

A Pro works inside a defined lane or sends the request to the human team.

  3. 03

    A private preview

The proposed result is checked and shown without changing the live site.

  4. 04

    Your approval, then publish

Kestive rechecks your approval and the safety gates, then publishes the approved change.

Scope decides the route. You decide what goes live.

The parts you keep control of.

Your business facts

Kestive does not invent prices, hours, service areas, credentials, or other facts about your business.

Your approval

You review the exact preview. Kestive checks that approval again before the approved change can publish.

Your domain

Your domain remains registered to your business. Kestive receives only the access needed to operate the service.

Your exit

You can receive a static export, structured content, and original media without a domain lock-in or exit fee.

Sensitive changes

Phone, email, address, access, billing, and similar requests require the appropriate separate confirmation or human review.

Custom work

Large redesigns and complex integrations are reviewed by people, scoped, and quoted before work begins.

Human backstop

A person is reachable any hour when the work needs one.

Critical incidents receive immediate human ownership: a site outage; a wrong live phone number, address, or business hours; harmful or offensive live content; or a security or privacy incident.

If an agent cannot safely complete any other request, a person takes it over and gives you a clear next step.
