What this covers

This notice covers information you provide on kestive.com, including the website request form and messages sent to our public contact details.

Information you choose to send

The request form may ask for your name, business name, industry, email address, phone number, current website, preferred follow-up method, and a description of what you need. If you choose text follow-up, we also record your SMS consent and the consent version and time associated with the request.

Please do not include passwords, payment-card numbers, or other sensitive information in the form.

How we use it

We use request information to review your inquiry, respond using your selected channel, provide an email acknowledgement, and discuss or deliver Kestive services when you choose to proceed. We do not use the website request form to subscribe you to a separate marketing list.

Service providers and safety

We use Postmark to deliver request notifications and email acknowledgements, and Twilio to send a requested text acknowledgement when you consent. Public form submissions may be checked by Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent abuse. These providers receive the information needed for those functions.

Our first-party conversion measurement stores daily aggregate counts for page views, call and text clicks, and form states. Those aggregates do not store IP addresses, user agents, cookies, session identifiers, or form values.

We use ordinary website and security logs to operate and protect the site. The site may contain links to services that Kestive does not operate; their own privacy notices apply.

Your choices

You can choose whether to submit the form and which follow-up channel you prefer. To ask about a request or ask us to correct information you sent, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify the request before making a change.
