The service

Kestive builds, hosts, and keeps a small-business website current. You review proposed changes before they go live. The specific site scope and any required access are confirmed with you before work begins.

Price and billing relationship

The base service is $40/month with no setup fee. Service is month-to-month. You can cancel before the next renewal; contact Kestive so we can confirm the effective date and next steps.

What is included

The base service covers the agreed website, hosting, and unlimited legitimate routine content updates such as changes to hours, prices, services, staff, FAQs, photos, and pages assembled from the approved section catalog.

Kestive manually reviews the highest-volume 1% of accounts by rolling 30-day request count for fair use. Legitimate high usage remains included. Spam, resale, automated abuse, or work outside the standard service may be slowed, declined, or quoted. No penalty is automatic.

Availability and critical incidents

Routine agent-assisted request intake and execution are available 24/7. A person is reachable at any hour for a site outage, a wrong live phone number, address, or business hours, harmful or offensive live content, a security or privacy incident, or anything the agents cannot safely handle. Critical incidents receive immediate human ownership; other custom work is scoped before it begins.

Work outside the base service

Large redesigns, new software features, complex integrations, e-commerce or payment systems, custom applications, and other work outside the agreed scope are quoted separately after your approval. Kestive will not begin that work without approval of the quote.

Your domain and materials

Your domain remains registered to your business. You provide the rights and permissions needed for materials you ask Kestive to use. The access and materials needed for your site are handled as part of the agreed service scope.
