Legitimate high usage stays included. We manually audit the highest-volume 1% of accounts by rolling 30-day request count for spam, resale, automated abuse, or work outside the service—not to punish a busy business.
There are no automatic penalties. If a pattern is abusive or outside scope, we may slow it, decline it, or quote it before work begins.
